Seriously, I agree.. In fact when PADI sent out the annual DM renewal last year I invited everyone to join me in sending PADI a letter and refusing to send in the money for the renewal due to the slide in there integrity.
I even posted a suggested form letter...
But absent the obligatory PADI bashing Kevin raises a very good point.. In my view, accident analysis is an important tool that is often ignored.. And then even to the extent that we do attempt some analysis the training isn't often considered..
