Ditto on the management, especially the boy answering the phones towards the end who gave me wrong departure times! I miss the Pac nightmare, that was a great boat for day trips and they had the best open-boat destinations of any LA area operator, but man oh man, they just couldn't get it together with the office staff and the mechanical problems with the boat.
