Just thought I'd pass the word along that we enjoyed a great day of diving on the Great Escape on Saturday. We hit (1) East End Reef, (2) Inside the Outside Boiler, (3) Twin Caves, and (4) Little Flower.
Water temp was 58º (up about 3º from a month ago), vis was running 50-70' with very little particulate in the water (which had a lovely blue - not greenish - color that we all adore). Lots of lobsters walking about in the open (you can almost hear them laughing now that the season's closed), healthy kelp, lots of fish (I saw 6-8 zebra gobies at Little Flower), and a mild to non-existent current.
Hopefully it's an indication that the conditions are starting to improve and will continue to do so as the summer approaches.
