You are pretty accurate although I would add one thing..
We generally stick with a 1.4 for the working portion of the dive, we will use a 1.6 if using EANx as a deco gas ( while resting).
40% has a MOD @ 1.4 of 82', 1.5 = 90' and 1.6 = 99'...
We do NOT recomend using greater than 1.4 during the working portion, but do to the resting deco, the added 02 windows we do in fact recomend a 1.6 at a resting deco..
