Fins: what to buy?(+)

I have choice: to buy Quattros for $106 or purchase online IDI Power Fins for about $80.
What to prefer? Maybe something else? Force Fins?

I'm not a diver. I'm planning to "hydrospeed", swim down the whitewater rivers.
So I need "die-hard", quick, manoeuvrable fins. Have no finning experience.
But have strong legs :-)
