Well, the rules are posted at http://diver.net/bbs/faq.shtml
However, there really is only one rule, and that is to be considerate of others!
You may disagree, even fervently, but do so politely.
Anything less than following this rule is a waste of the writers time and the waste of a moment of an editors time to delete it. Any editor really does not enjoy sparing those moments.
Remember, The BBS is a great forum for communication. Stick to communicating.
