Hello anyone!
I bumped into this guy at the Hoover Dam on April 5 who said he was a scuba instructor in L.A. I think his name was Rick, Rich...R-something.... He drives a dark blue hardtop 1983 Jeep CJ-7 with a scuba flag fish-shaped sticker and said he was moving to the Florida Keys soon to start a scuba business. I'd like to get in touch with him if ANYONE has a clue who this person is. Thanks!
