do tell, kind sir, how might one go about cleaning and cooking such a red, spiny delicacy? Bugs are forbidden for another 4 months, 2 weeks, 4 days, one hour, 23 minutes and 17 seconds (and even then, not like there are any off of Palos Verdes anyhow, and scallops are hardly worth going after in many spots, so for those days when the only thing in sight are urchins, i am in need of some suitable recipes.
