Remember there are many different programs out there
that will calculate your deep dives for you. Some
have conversatism factors set and some are flexible.

An example for a 150' dive for 30 minutes on 25/20
with O2 deco gas:

DecoWeenie, Phi Li's program;
gradients 15/100

30 min BT
70 for 1
60 for 1
50 for 1
40 for 3
30 for 5
20 switch to O2 for 14
-----------------------
Total deco time 24 minutes
Total run time 59.8 (inc. descent time)
CNS% 53.5
OTU 78.5

ProPlanner, GUE's program;
gradients 15/100

30 min BT
80 for 1
70 for 1
60 for 1
50 for 1
40 for 3
30 for 4
20 switch to O2 for 12
-----------------------
Total deco time 24 minutes
Total run time 57.1 (inc. descent time)
CNS% 50.4
OTU 76.2

Overall the extra 1 minute deep stop at 80 for
the DecoPlanner table allowed some of the faster
tissue to clean up sooner. The CNS and OTU values
are also less than the DecoWeenie program. It's
obvious that the DecoPlanner better defines the
Pyle Stops and doesn't penalize you for them.

This differences could be attributed to the way
each program handles and calculates the gradient
factors.
