I do fully agree that we need to do more to protect the environment but the assertion that the US hasn't taken it's own adivce is off. We have. We have regulations and controls on fishing. We don't kill sharks anymore, we don't hunt whales, we have no take zones and we don't use dynamite for fishing. We are arguing over increased regulations, not the existance of regulations in the first place. This is not to say that I think commercial fishing and death boats are ludicrous and Jim is definitely doing the correct thing. Just my $.02
