Why does it seem that reason is suspended in limbo both by the envirnmentalists and the commercial interests? The commercials want no regulation and the envirnmentalists want no take.
Why can we not get a reasonable middle ground.
Fish and Game regulations are a destructive self serving joke though. That's for sure.
