All i know is that it is only a couple of miles from shore, and the vis is not always the greatest, but it can be spectacular nonetheless. I have never been there, and i have always wanted to check it out. I've heard that the Horizon drops by every now and then but again, i cannot verify that first hand. Once upon a time, when i was feeling less mortal than i do nowadays, i had thought about kayaking out there from Pta Baja and diving the place from the 'yak. It's definitely a place that has caught my interest.
