There is major risk for most 10 year olds getting certified. But there are some 10 year olds who can do it safely under controlled circumstances.
I also wonder about the wisdom of the marketing plan if this is not being marketed to the children of active divers. After all, no non-diver parent worth his/her salt would allow a kid certify. So the near term market is probably very small.
