I believe that if truth were ever told, the genuises in the PADI marketing department would tell you that they are marketing this so when the parents take a kid on the Disney Cruise line, or to Cayman, or wherever that they could put the kid with a qualified ( yeah right!!! ) PADI professional, and then the parents can go off and enjoy the afternoon diving..
I think the new PADI patch will be the PADI babysitting patch...
