Eliminating the abuses of the offroaders was one of the most beneficial things to happen to that particulat habitat in amny years! Contrairy to what you have stated, now EVERYONE has access to those lands, sans the destructive (selfish) abusers.
Neither habitat exists for your destructive pleasures!
