I'm not much of a "sporto." I much prefer long, rather than hard. I've led 5.10b in the valley, but not for several years. I can lead a solid 5.8 now, 5.9 if I'm feeling good and know the route. My climbing wall is stashed in storage (won't fit in my current house), but I do have a "powerboard" over a doorway. I look at it every once and a while as I pass by :-).
If you're feeling saucy, and want to do the hard stuff, I've got a buddy who can lead it. Following is so much easier!
