Gear is provided, all you need is a bathing suit ( actually I dive dry on my team) There really is no need for an octo. We have gauges and it's not that deep and when your wearing the full face mask it's a moot point. Also the less stuff that can drag and damage some of the really expensive repli-coral, the better. Most of my diving has been with a hookah in the smaller exhibits. You'd be surprised where we can squeeze into and scrub! :)
