Jim, I also think DIN valves are better and I use them however when I travel I swap out the DIN for yoke because everywhere I've gone they have yoke valves. Another shop owner expressed to me that people overtighten those DIN valves using the first stage for leverage twisting and damaging the o-ring, causing failures. I just wanted to mention it.
But, if DIN is better why not standardize?
