I dove Sipadan , Malaysia & Sangalaki Island in Indonesia in June-July of 1999 . The weather is fine this time of the year . Monsoon season is November-February . Sipandan gets about 100" of rain a year . I belive Labuan is on the West Coast of Borneo . The weather is a bit dryer on that side . I am waiting for my reservations to be confirmend for another trip this fall . Their is a special to Sipadan right now for $1995 all inclusive from the west coast .
