I dunno, but I don't think that many people associate hazards
specifically with shallow water. Usually it is just observed
that an air embolism can occur in less than 10 feet of water.
About the only other hazard associated with specifically with
shallow water is shallow water blackout that effects free
divers. Most other hazards are associated with depth or currents,
or animals.
