Article recovery - What should I charge?

I Have a local home owners association with beach and dock access on a nice size lake. They need some chain and furniture recovered that is in about 15 feet of water.

My question is what to charge them for my service. Im figuring their will be a minimum charge of one hour. The lake is still cold and will be diving a semi dry wet suit and I figure I should be good for at least 10 - 15 minutes.

I know that in Locksmithing I charge $50 per hour for labor and $60 for electronic access control.

What are your thoughts and opinions.

I am comfortable with all my dive skills that will be needed to do this.
