Ed, charge by the hour! there could be a complication and a particular object may be difficult to dislodge, heavier than expected, break free and drift back down etc..
at any rate, don't even think about charging less than $60.00 an hour. Not everyone can be a locksmith, not everyone can be a diver, so you have a scarce, marketable skill that is in demand.
