Here is what I have come up with.

$50 "Service charge for me to arrive gear up etc.
$70 per hour with a minimum of one hour.

I already have the job so there is no worry about under or over bidding.

Frshwater diving and visibility is clear to the bottom around 15 feet and about 45 degrees.

The chains have special brackets attached that get connected to the floating peir so leaving them their is not really an option. The lounge chairs are light weight and should not be to much of a problem.

Their are not a lot of companies nearby that do this type work so I'm sure their travel time would be considerable to come up and do this.

Thanks for the input have this planned for next Tuesday.
