I use the DUI harness weight rig; two ditchable pockets on each side, each holding a 5 lb pouch weight for a total of 20 lbs. With my back problem I can rig the two pockets together and snap them to an overboard line, then exit up the swim step ladder 20 lbs lighter. This is possible because the ditching "handles" are loops. With other ditching systems the handles are solid grips; no way to hook them together unless you drill through each and thread them together with line and hook.
