Measuring your self for what? Fat changes daily and their are many factors that are not feasable to measure. What you need to do is NOT believe in the dive computor. Take things into consideration and manipulate your profile accordingly either +/-.
Take baby steps and pay close attention to your what your body is telling you. Get a set of wetnotes and use it as a dive bio/logbook. Their cheap and you can buy them at scuba toys. Take note of things such as diet, health, workload, bt/depth profile, any noticable changes in vital capacity even in the next couple of days.
Some people might say "this is to much work", but you need to ask them if their health is worth it. Besides it is amazing how much you can learn by just doing this little bit.
