Seahunt,
a standard single tank adapter (STA) will also help create a longer moment arm for the tank to pull you backwards. The V-shaped STAs that bring the tank closer to you won't do that.

Ron,
how would you suggest I solve this problem: I wear my weights as far front on my weightbelt (actually, a DUI harness) as I can to offset the pull of my HP100 when I'm horizontal in the water and turn sideways (axial). In such positions, I always roll onto my back. If I would move my weights further back, this pull would even be stronger.

On the surface, a fully inflated wing only pushes me forward very slowly. Minute fin action can easily counter that. Or I lean back a little and am in balance.

Eins
