I am really concerned that you would put so many people a risk. What about the poor dive shop owner that is just getting by-- now everyone stps diving and he goes out of business? What about the dive boats===not all can covert to fishing and that means a lot of boats would go up for sale.
How about the dive operators that run 6-packs in Florida, or Hawaii. Out of service, out of buisness????
And all the gear manuf. that make all that great dive gear?????
How many people will die because we stop diving???
The boat owner that can't pay his bills hangs himself. The dive shop owner that can't pay the bill and his house payments---drowns in the pool.
I'll stop now but it sure looks bad for a lot of poples that won't be diving.
