Remeber that "worthless" article by Pyle that we bandied about a couple of weeks ago. Go back, and reread it. There are several mistakes made by the tender inside the chamber, directly attributable to narcosis.

The medical knowledge requirement for a tender is "CPR certification". If I understand the reasoning correctly (and I appologize if I have it wrong), is that the tender is present to *follow orders* only, and to perform CPR or rescue breathing in the case of a pulmonary or cardiac emergency.

MHK, what would be the feasibility of having the tender suck on mix while compressed? Just talking out of an orofice here, but would that even be remotely possible?
