As a confirmed and experienced solo diver I can understand Tim's desire to be "self-contained". What I don't understand is the continued use of 21% on deep dives. I dive solo but no deeper than 100 fsw. Do you believe as I do that even if a buddy had been with him the result of his dive would have been the same; that this is not an indictment of solo diving? Thanks.
