Steve's death is getting a bunch of play on the other lists, and here is another snippet that caught my view..

Ok, let us review the facts as we know them:
1. Steve was diving solo.
2. Steve is dead, and I, along with everybody else I know, hate that.
While we may never know how the outcome would have differed if Steve had had
a buddy, we are certain of the outcome when he was diving solo.
