This is a direct quote from the Rodales board. Perhaps we can drop it now.

While this issue has gotten a fair amount of play about the Red Blood Cell Rigidity I have said that if I was wrong I would admit it. As it turns out I was so kudos to BillP..

I misunderstood the studies and I'll snip a piece of a post from George Irvine to BillP:

Bill, there is no "long term rigidity", Kane fucked it up. It is only while
under pressure...

I had it incorrect, although there is still merit to the issue my use of the term *long term* was inaccurate and misleading..

I therefore stand corrected..

I'm off for 10 days but I believe we can still learn something from ths issue since the effects may still be problematic, if not *long term* as I have previously believed...

Good job BillP
