Divers:
Sunday, May 20 is International Dive In Day. This is an event that attempts to get the most divers in the water simultaneously world wide. On the West Coast, this will be at 8 am.
There are two locations for Dive in Day in the LA area. One is up at Nicholas Canyon State Beach (about 1 mile east of Leo Carrillo/Sequit Point beach), the other is in Orange County at Divers Cove, Laguna Beach. There will be representatives from GLACD at both events. More information and dive locations are available at www.diveinday.com
You have to enter the water and be diving at 8 am.
Please help us set a world record by participating in this event. Just show up and register with the folks at the site, then do your dive. Hope to see you there!
