Bonine is good the active ingredient is Metclizine hydrochloride available at most dive shops. Ginger can also help. Try staying at the stern of the boat in the center out in the fresh air where the boat will rock the least. Also try taking a nap during the channel crossing. I'm one of the lucky ones who has never been seasick. The Bay of Fundy crossing from Nova Scotia to New Brunswick almost got me though. There is a 60' tidal change that sweeps through there and the side to side rocking was truly unbelievable. Hope this helps. You will overcome the urge.
