The pertinent info still missing her is whether her regulator malfunctioned and free-flowed(without her knowledge?), or she dove-in before the crew of The Explorer filled her tank? The latter means she never checked her gauge, and the former means she wasn't paying attention. Either of these scenarios demonstrate the need for better training and/or dive conscienceness. That dive would never have happened on the Great Escape or the Peace, not a chance. As for her so-called buddy, apparently not! Again an apparent lack of education and training.
I'll be interested to read more of her diving history and training.
