Terry, I believe the max depth in Scorpian Anchorage is about 80 fsw. Sounds like she dove thinking the boat had refilled her tank, forgetting to check her SPG. Based on her 1st dive experience the tank was probably near empty. Was her struggle with the buddy an attempt to grab his regulator or octopus? Why didn't he try to share air instead of bolting to the surface? A report stated he was bent and had to be treated. Sure hope we can get the complete series of facts and events before erroneous speculation runs rampant.
