I'd recommend water ballons as being most appropriate, given the nature of the event.
Say...maybe I could get a booth selling prefilled ballons. I'd probably make a good profit by selling to all sides. At least enough for another dive trip! Palau, here I come!
Too bad that all these events happen so far south. This one sounds worlds better than the vendor show that I strolled through at OceanFest last week in FL.
