That seems perfect to me. With a full breath you should float at eye level without kicking. It frustating to me when I see overweighted divers swimming at a 45 degree angle with their fins hitting the bottom. Many of them have ankle weights. A path of destruction is left everywhere they go with Star fish, cucumbers, and sand swirling around after they pass. I just shrug it off and forget about it, I'm not the reef police.
