Here is one more 'data point': I don't know about other Sport Chalet's, but Jay Fischer at the Oxnard Sport Chalet is one of the best instructors one can hope for. He is very experienced, knowledgable, and a heck of a pleasant guy. His education went far beyond PADI requirements.
