I must inform you that customer service is NOT what makes a business thrive! it is ads, market share (ability to manipulate by force of finance) how well the lies they tell go over etc actual quality has NO bearing on how well a shop does I give you "PetRocks", Ronco's "Pocket fisherman" (a two hundred million dollar sales on a piece of junk that has never been actually used but sold MILLIONS) and "Divers Discount Supply" in example. This holds true in ALL of capitalism and business on the whole and is not limited to dive shops or agencies I really feel sorry for anyone that does NOT realize this they are with head in sand.
