This product requires parts produced by several manufacturing process's. There are 2 complex injection or compression molded part. Several s.s. sheet metal parts and several machined parts. 2 of the machined parts may need to be die cast or sintered metal cast in product quanties, due to the cost to machine them.
I have 3d solid model data for all the componate parts which should cut the cost to produce pototype parts and short run tools.
I would like to find someone with a rapid prototype Stereolithography (SLA) machine that can make the parts from ABS using the model data. Better still someone that will work some kind of deal on the cost of the prototyping??
