Who knows, but for now it doesn't hurt to simply consider it narcotic and displace it with a freindlier gas (like Helium) on deeper dives.

It's nice to see the dive community moving in the He direction..
I find it so ironic that in our local area that more people are accepting the benefits of Helium quicker than they have embraced Nitrox.. Oh well, I guess I'll never be able to figure out our area ;-)
