So if i decided to chew on your arm a bit then its not an attack? say i decided to join the world of cannibalism. i run out at night and shoot your mother to take home and cook over my hibachi. i guess its legal eh? im FEEDING and not ATTACKING? so cannibalism is illegal here, lets say were stranded someplace, me and your mom. she doesnt want to be eaten, but i crunch her like a snikers bar. when i go to court i say JohnB says that i didnt attack her, but i was feeding.
