The outcome of the dive was fine. This class is just a formality for me. I have and do regularly die to depths no grated that about 165 on just air.
This was in fact the worst dive I have been on in years. First we spent 9 minutes on the surface talking about the dive…again and then took 16 minutes doing down. Why I do not know.
I do not know why he bolted. When asked he said we were fine. The crew of the boat, however, said that he had less than 200 PSI in his tank when the gauge was observed on the swim step.
