to be ready for an UNEXPEXTED situation! If all actions are that planned there would be NO need for ANY training! PADI and others say "Well you can get more advanced skills in continuing classes" HEY these people are CERTIFIED! They now can get and USE the gear with NO further instruction! They NEED to be ready for at least the common situations NOW! If you have to, pull that mask off in 2ft of water until it is no longer a panic!
