A continuing ed sort of thing with a possibility of added skills. That is if current skills are tested first! I prefer recertifying over renewing as Ken Kurtis layed it out and I think that 250 for a recert is REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!! oh ya there is NO governing body people insurance 1st then a distant 2nd is public opinion.
