Actually I typically give it away. I will only assist friends. I would never try to make money at diving. It would take the fun out of it. I am careful who I dive with and really only went for the cert because I wanted to do the learning part -- the card came with the deal. When I have been offered paying gigs, I have always refused. I do take free air and discounts when they are available!
