Another good for semi dry or wetsuit is you can freediving!
I am currently thinking of buy a semi dry too, I found
Mares Isothem millenium very attractive. ScubaLab gave them
pretty good ratings.
One concern for me is it don't have integrate hood. Maybe perfect for you!
By the way, why do you want diving in 60++ with hood off? :)
Price is around 450$, but you can get from the net for 350$
