I check the GUE web site again and I don't think they teach OW1 courses or if they do it must be new. So what do we have to compare their quality of instruction too? I hope it's not just noise. I looked up Naui and Padi courses on their web sites to see what their course includes as to the number of dives and hours of instruction. If another agency starts up and offers more instruction or a claim of higher quality instruction I say the proof is in the pudding. They have zero experience it this area to my knowledge.
