I recommed Dive Makai for Kona Diving. I'm not sure how they stack up on Tech diving, but for service and knowledge of the area Lisa and Kendra are second to none.
I have only foul and unpleasant things to say about Eco-Adventures as they tried to bait-and-switch on us in 1999.
