I use Jack's too. In the years I have been going there, I have not heard of a specifically "tech" operation. Jack's does run an occasional "advanced" boat trip that ranges further south and does deep and lava cave dives. No deco dives though, 125-130 foot max depth the time I went. The "3 room cave" lava tubes are definitely an overhead environment though.
